PETS
We love well-behaved dogs and dogs love running through our trails and meadows, so feel free to bring them along for your getaway! We charge a nightly fee to help cover the costs of cleaning. Rest assured that for this, we also provide a dog bed, food bowls, and treats. We ask that pups joining the trip are leashed at all times while in public spaces and are quiet and comfortable while unaccompanied in your room.
For the safety and comfort of all guests, disruptive or destructive pets may be asked to leave. Please let us know at the time of booking if you plan to bring your furry friend along, and visit our websites to learn more about our individual pet fees. Service animals, as defined by the ADA, are not subject to pet fees.
Cancellations
At the time of your reservation a credit card will be taken to secure the reservation, nothing will be charged to the card on file until check-out plus any charges accrued while on property. There is no penalty if the reservation is canceled two weeks prior to arrival. Cancellations made within two weeks of arrival will result in a cancellation fee of 50% of the reservation value. Cancellations made within 5 days of arrival will result in a full charge for the entire length of stay. Policies can vary for specials, packages, and prepaid reservations. Please review the booking description of your reservation.
Smoking
Smoking is prohibited in all rooms and indoor spaces. There are smoking receptacles placed around the property outside for the proper disposal of cigarettes, matches, etc.
Taxes & Fees
Please also note that all applicable NY State and Local Taxes will be included on your final bill. There is a daily $35 Dollar Administrative Fee on all reservations.
DIning
Our culinary menus change often with the season, sometimes even daily. While we may be able to accommodate major food allergies with advanced notice, please contact us prior to making a reservation to discuss any dietary restrictions.
