Our glass walled dining room, complete with a wood burning stove, is perched on the corner of the lodge overlooking the mountains and valley. In summer the glass walls open and transform the dining room into a suspended open-air experience during dining.


Tasting menU Progression

The restaurant and its kitchen will become an integral part of your stay at The DeBruce.  We think not just about each meal but how they connect and form a lasting memory. The Tasting Menu is an immersive dining experience where all courses are served to guests at the same time as a collective group. Through our progression, we tell the story of our home and heritage. All dietary restrictions and preferences are welcomed. Staying with us and choosing the dining package allows our guests to experience the culinary journey in its fullest.

A bar room tucked away beneath the lodge, meant to be a cozy, inviting haven for locals and guests alike. With walls clad with reclaimed flooring from another local hotel that did not survive and the glow of another river stone fireplace, it is a warm destination to gather friends and tell the day’s tale. Uncomplicated drinks made with care and are accompanied by fish tales, table top shuffleboard, and good food.
